1. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

• $99 Website Package: Includes a static website with up to 5 pages, responsive design, basic SEO, and user-friendly navigation.
• Additional Features: Any extra functionalities requested outside the $99 package will incur additional charges.
• Domain and Hosting: Available at an additional cost if not provided by the client.

  Domain Availability:

  • We only offer standard domain names that are publicly available at regular prices.
  • Premium domains (high-value domains with special pricing) are not included.
  • Domain availability is checked at the time of registration, and we cannot guarantee that a requested domain will be available until confirmed.

  Hosting Service:

  • We provide shared hosting as an optional add-on to our $99 website package.
  • This includes server space, bandwidth, and basic security features necessary to keep your website online.
  • VPN or dedicated hosting is not included.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment of $99 is required upfront to initiate the project.
• If additional features or services are requested, the cost will be discussed and invoiced separately.
• Payments can be made via [Payment Methods Accepted, e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer].

3. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once the work has commenced.
• Refunds are not available for completed work or delivered projects.
• If a project is canceled in 24 hours then full payment will be refunded, after 24 hours a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Refund processing time will be 3-5 working days

4. Client Responsibilities

• Content Provision: Clients are responsible for providing all website content, including text, images, and other media. If content creation is required, it must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
• Domain and Hosting: If not purchased through us, clients must provide access to their domain and hosting accounts for website setup.

5. Revisions and Changes

• The $99 package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
• Any additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
• Changes requested after the website has been made live will be considered maintenance and billed separately (All the payment).

6. Website Maintenance Terms

The maintenance package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Included:

• Content Updates: Changing or updating text, images, or other content on the static pages.
• Security Updates: Regular updates to keep the website secure.
• Bug Fixes: Minor fixes to maintain functionality and user experience.
• Backup Management: Monthly backups of website files.
• Technical Support: Email support for minor issues related to bug fixes or basic technical questions.

Exclusions:

The following are not included in the 12-month maintenance package:

• Design Changes: Adjustments to layout, color schemes, or other design elements.
• New Features: Adding new functionalities, interactive elements, or custom scripts.
• SEO Services: Ongoing SEO optimization or advanced SEO strategies.
• Urgent Support: Emergency fixes for hacked or compromised websites.

These services can be provided at an additional cost.

7. Project Timeline

• The standard delivery time for the $99 website package is 3-5 business days, starting from the date all required content and information are provided by the client.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) may affect the project timeline.

8. Ownership and Copyright

• Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and content created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client.
• We reserve the right to showcase the website in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the website.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions caused by the website or hosting issues.

10. Third-Party Services

• If third-party plugins or tools are required, clients are responsible for purchasing any necessary licenses.
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, including downtime or security breaches.

11. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services if clients engage in unlawful activities, breach our terms, or fail to make payments.
• Clients may terminate the project at any time, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
